Leader personnel provided various transportation safety and compliance services. Tasks included driver training, hazardous material transportation technical support, driver safety regulation technical support and motor vehicle accident closure.

Hazardous Material Transportation Training

Leader provided a wide variety of custom developed training programs to meet the client's specific needs. Training courses were developed for ground, air, water and rail modes of transportation. Course subject matter covered all nine Department of Transportation hazard classes and blanketed the entire scope of the regulations. Hazmat shipping matrices have also been developed for numerous operating locations to assist with compliance.

Motor Carrier Compliance

Leader personnel were responsible for motor carrier transportation safety and compliance activities. Driver safety and compliance training was delivered on various federal motor carrier safety regulations. Daily technical transportation safety and compliance support was provided to all field offices.

Compliance Program Development

Leader originated in-house compliance programs and policies regarding hours of service rules, motor vehicle accidents, vehicle preventative maintenance and controlled substance and alcohol testing.
