Leader personnel designed and implemented an air emissions assessment program at the Thomson Professional Publishing facility in Rochester, New York. Responsibilities included coordination of on-site data collection and Clean Air Act ("CAA") evaluation. We prepared a report outlining a recommended course of action and an evaluation of applicable emission control technologies. Leader personnel coordinated a stack test of the facility for monitoring of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions and prepared several permit modifications packages. Leader implemented the RACT Compliance Plan for the facility which involved permit modifications and selection of air emission control equipment for new printing operations.
