Leader initially performed a comprehensive environmental and safety audit of this facility. Leader developed a list of corrective action items and assisted TMP in the implementation of this list. Leader developed an annual regulatory reporting calendar, conducted several safety and environmental training sessions and managed the facility environmental and safety programs under an out-sourcing arrangement.
