At the request of Liberty and a commercial lender, Leader performed an assessment of another consultant's Phase I ESA in the financing of a building expansion. Our assessment disagreed with the unnecessary recommendations made by the consultant to perform extensive Phase II activities. Instead, Leader designed and implemented operational and remedial solutions, which removed the need for any intrusive investigation and permitted the facility expansion to continue.
