Leader personnel provided RI/FS support at this facility. Our services included review of the NYSDEC standby contractor's activities and submittals. Leader personnel assisted the client and its outside counsel in the preparation of an extensive comment submittal on the NYSDEC's Proposed Remedial Action Plan for the site. Leader personnel managed the performance of a supplemental Feasibility Study and Baseline Health Risk Assessment as part of the comment submittal. This project involved the identification of indicator chemicals, exposure scenarios, quantification of human health and environmental risk, and calculation of clean-up levels. A risk assessment was subsequently used to evaluate the feasibility of various remedial alternatives for the site.
